For instance, the Firm has significant experience in school-related employment issues, including representing school districts before hearing officers, school boards, and the Commissioner of Education in matters such as the termination/non-renewal and grievances of employees. Barlow Garsek & Simon attorneys also represent school districts before federal and state courts in connection with claims concerning civil rights violations and wrongful termination claims.
