Kathy Heffernan’s practice focuses on corporate, banking, real estate, and estate planning matters.
Ms. Heffernan graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she was a member of the SMU Law Review Association and a member of the Order of the Coif. Prior to her association with Barlow Garsek & Simon, LLP, Ms. Heffernan was an Associate in the tax section of Thompson & Knight, LLP.
Ms. Heffernan is involved in various legal associations. She also serves as a Board Member and Committee Chairman for the Shakespeare Festival of Dallas.
