
Ben Barlow is a trial attorney who is well-versed in both business and family law. Mr. Barlow also has considerable experience with school law, having represented various independent school districts, administrators and teachers in Texas. He has advocated on behalf of both employers and employees, in matters ranging from discrimination to allegations of trade secret misappropriations. Mr. Barlow also represents clients in a variety of personal injury matters.
Mr. Barlow joined Barlow Garsek & Simon, LLP in 1995 following three years as an associate with the school law section of Bracewell & Patterson, LLP in Houston.
An engaging speaker, Mr. Barlow has given presentations at school law conventions, seminars, and client in-services on such topics as student discipline, sexual harassment, teacher employment, civil rights litigation, Constitutional issues, and open meetings and open records law. Mr. Barlow is also active in the Tarrant County Bar Association and was recently elected to serve as a director of the organization.
