On November 17-18, 2011, Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California is presenting a symposium entitled The BCS and the Future of Big-Time College Football.  The symposium will address a wide range of issues relating to the BCS including antitrust implications, tax issues, and policy matters relating to the BCS and student-athlete participation.  I will be speaking on the second day of the symposium relating to policy matters involving student-athletes.  If you are in or near San Diego, please come by for an interesting discussion on the BCS.
