Preliminary Report in Oklahoma State Airplane Accident Released

In November 2011, an airplane containing women’s basketball coaches Kurt Budke and Miranda Serna tragically went down near Perryville, Arkansas.  The airplane was in route to Little Rock, Arkansas.  The National Transportation Safety Board released a preliminary report providing known details of the accident, but did not report the cause of the accident.  An investigation will likely reveal more details.
