In 2007, Aloha Sports, Inc., the owner of the Seattle Bowl, filed suit against the NCAA claiming that the NCAA interfered with the Seattle Bowl’s success and ability to be sold. Earlier this week, a Hawaii jury found that the NCAA did not interfere and denied Aloha Sports, Inc.’s claim for more than $2 million and punitive damages.
