Zachary M. Garsek

Zach Garsek is a business attorney whose varied practice includes commercial transactions, business litigation, and regulatory matters.  A former general counsel for a pharmaceutical development and manufacturing company and in-house counsel for a Fortune 1000 NYSE listed retailer, Zach brings extensive business experience to his practice and advises clients accordingly.  Mr. Garsek has substantial experience in advising on and managing compliance with laws and regulations enforced by federal, state, and local regulators, including the US Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Product Safety Commission, and Food and Drug Administration.  While in law school, Zach served as Editor-in-Chief of the SMU Law Review Association's Journal of Air Law and Commerce.

Mr. Garsek has completed commercial transactions concerning licenses of intellectual property, real estate, finance, and employment agreements, and his litigation experience includes intellectual property, theft of trade secrets, breach of contract, and employment matters.
