J. Benjamin Barlow

Ben Barlow is a trial attorney who has a broad base of experience in trials and appeals involving the areas of business, family and personal injury law.  Mr. Barlow also has a unique specialization in the area of school law, having represented various large and small independent school districts and their boards of trustees, educational institutions, administrators, and teachers in Texas.  He has advocated on behalf of both employers and employees, in matters ranging from discrimination to enforcements of covenants not to compete and trade secret protection.  He has also represented clients before the Fort Worth and Houston Courts of Appeals, as well as the Texas Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Barlow joined Barlow Garsek & Simon, LLP in 1995 following association with the School Law section of Bracewell & Giuliani LLP in Houston.
